All transactions are securely handled by third-party payment processors. No complete bank card numbers are stored on our servers.
For transparent and predictable pricing, the final billing currency at checkout is directly linked to your shipping destination:
- Orders delivered to U.S. addresses are priced and billed exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD);
- Orders delivered to Canadian addresses are priced and billed exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector located at the top of the website is intended only for price preview purposes in your preferred currency. Regardless of the display setting, the final deduction from your payment card will always follow the currency associated with the shipping country/region as outlined above.
If your bank card is issued in a country/region or currency other than the billing currency, your card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are determined solely by the bank or card issuer and are not collected by us.
Upon placing an order, your bank may initiate an authorization hold for the order amount on your card. The final charge will be executed once the order is confirmed.
In the event of a payment decline or if the payment is flagged for review, we may reach out to you to verify details; if verification fails, we have the right to cancel the order.
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Once processed, refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement, with the exact processing time subject to your bank or card issuer’s procedures.
