Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

At present, we only deliver to addresses located in the United States and Canada. If your region is not listed when you proceed to checkout, we regret that we are unable to provide shipping services to your location at this moment.

2. Order Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Expected Delivery Window

For shipping within the United States, the expected delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order is dispatched,For shipping within the Canada, the expected delivery time is 10–20 business days after the order is dispatched. Please note that these are estimated times only; actual delivery may vary due to carrier-related delays, adverse weather, or increased shipping volume during busy seasons.

4. Shipping Partners

For orders within the United States, we mainly use USPS for delivery. For final delivery to locations in Canada, we typically utilize USPS International.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update, so we appreciate your patience.

6. Resolving Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package experiences significant delays or is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please follow these steps:
  • Check with family members and neighbors to confirm if the package was delivered to them;
  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number to get more information.
If you are still unable to find your package, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work closely with you and the carrier to investigate the matter and reach a reasonable solution.

7. Customs Fees and Taxes for Canadian Shipments

Shipments to Canada may be assessed import duties, taxes, and handling fees by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs at the time of checkout. If required, the recipient must settle these fees upon delivery. We cannot control these charges nor can we forecast their exact amount beforehand.
